These programs are meant only to advise users for a better and healthier lifestyle, and it is solely up to the user to decide whether or not to follow any given advice or practice. The user shall consult a physician prior to beginning yoga or any physical activity, as to what activity the user should or shouldn’t do, and the user shall not perform any activity to the extent of strain or pain.

 

2.4 By using our services, the user confirms that he/she is in a proper physical condition to participate in the program(s) of my choice, offered by the Arnavh Yoga. The user accepts sole responsibility that his/her participation could, in some circumstances, like with any physical exercise program, result in physical injury. The user agrees that they are solely responsible for their decisions and experiences, and shall hold neither the instructor nor the Arnavh Yoga or any of their representatives, agents and employees liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from their participation in any of these programs. The user further agree that they shall not share the contents of any of the programs with anyone else, or teach them without prior consent from the instructor.

 

3. Registration and Accounts
