Ashwini Kumar

An Electronics and Communication Engineer by education to working around the world to coming back to his roots and learning the Vedas and the Upanishads, Ashwini Kumar has come full circle. He is an International Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance, a Sanskrit Scholar, and authors books on Sanskrit Grammar for students of all levels from beginner to post doctorate. Along with this, he has published books on Yoga, Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita which are available on all major platforms. His amalgamation of the ancient knowledge with experiences of the modern world makes for a unique mindset and perspective which reflects in his books and commentaries.

Personally, he loves to practice Homa, Yoga and stay at home. He is the inspiration and source of motivation behind ARNAVH. 

DIPANSHU AGGARWAL

Dipanshu Aggarwal

Dipanshu holds a Master's Degree in Yogic Sciences, and a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The combination of modern technology and ancient science is what he believes holds answers to a better world.

He is an International Yoga Teacher certified by Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and Sri Sri School of Yoga and by Yoga Alliance, YCB Level III Evaluator, Educator & Trainer, he has given lectures in government medical colleges, and conducted Yoga workshops for The Indian Army.

 

He has authored 3 books on Yoga including an extensive Yoga manual of 84 postures. With a teaching experience of over 600 hours, his students come from all spheres of age, profession and demographic including doctors, researchers, architects, businessmen and homemakers.

VISHAKHA RAO

Vishakha Rao

Vishakha holds a Master's degree in Yogic Science and holds her former degree in communication design, 200Hrs TTC from Yoga Alliance US, 100Hrs Aerial Yoga YACEP & YCB Level III Evaluator, Educator & Trainer. An active member of Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and Yoga Alliance (YA) US.

 

A free spirit in true sense, she is always in search for new and creative ways to explore more into the field of YOGA. She often calls herself a Creative Yogi as she believes that her infatuation towards art and skillset in design adds a creative flavour to her practice. In addition she has over 500 hours of teaching experience, with specialisation in Mantra Chanting, Meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Shivananda Flow.
