Ashwini Kumar

An Electronics and Communication Engineer by education to working around the world to coming back to his roots and learning the Vedas and the Upanishads, Ashwini Kumar has come full circle. He is an International Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance, a Sanskrit Scholar, and authors books on Sanskrit Grammar for students of all levels from beginner to post doctorate. Along with this, he has published books on Yoga, Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita which are available on all major platforms. His amalgamation of the ancient knowledge with experiences of the modern world makes for a unique mindset and perspective which reflects in his books and commentaries.

Personally, he loves to practice Homa, Yoga and stay at home. He is the inspiration and source of motivation behind ARNAVH.

Dipanshu Aggarwal

Dipanshu brings together the precision of engineering and the wisdom of yoga to create pathways for a healthier, more conscious world. With a Master’s in Yogic Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication, he embodies the harmony of modern technology and ancient tradition. An Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher (Ministry of AYUSH, Yoga Alliance, Sri Sri School of Yoga) and YCB Level III Evaluator, Educator & Trainer, he has guided students across age groups and professions—from doctors and researchers to homemakers and entrepreneurs.

Having conducted workshops for the Indian Army, delivered lectures at government medical colleges.

Adding to his holistic approach, he holds a Diploma in Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy, enriching his practice with therapeutic depth and healing insight. Author of six books on yoga, including an extensive manual of 84 postures, and with over 600 hours of teaching experience, Dipanshu continues to inspire and guide with a balance of science, spirituality, and sensitivity.

Vishakha Rao

Vishakha is a devoted practitioner and teacher of Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Bhakti, and Mantra Chanting. Her journey explores breath-led movement, stillness, and healing. Over the years, her practice has grown into a creative inquiry, rooted in tradition yet attuned to the needs of modern life.

 

With over 600 hours of formal training from Yoga Alliance, YCB Level 3 (Ministry of AYUSH), and a Master’s in Yogic Science & Acupressure Therapy, she integrates classical wisdom with contemporary wellness practices.

Drawing from her background in Design, Vishakha brings a unique creative sensibility to her teaching. Each session is crafted as a mindful experience that harmonizes rhythm, alignment, and aesthetics.
