ARNAVH yoga
8 Sept 2025
for RBS Varanasi, supported by Krishnamurthy Foundation
A curated moment of warmth, curiosity, and quiet transformation. The workshop was a meticulous blend of art activities, yogic philosophy and practices, conducted for adolescent girls from RBS Varanasi, this blended art and yoga session was designed for those tender years when young minds are still discovering their bodies and learning to listen to them with kindness.

What unfolded was nothing short of magic. For 6 hours, the room was alive with giggles, whispers, thoughtful questions, and moments of deep reflection. The girls explored the why and how of hormonal imbalances in a way that felt safe, age-appropriate, and empowering. Fear-driven myths around PCOD and PCOS were gently unpacked and replaced with clarity, awareness, and reassurance.
Through yoga stretches, breath-work, mindful pauses, and creative expression, the session emphasised that healing begins with self-love. Movement became a language of care, rest a form of respect, and breath a tool for balance and reset. More than just information, the workshop offered a feeling of being heard, supported, and understood.
It was a beautiful reminder that when education meets compassion, young girls grow not just in knowledge, but in confidence and connection with their own bodies.
